Hardware Tech Inc. originally established in Santa Rosa, California as Malone's Hardware in 1959 and purchased by the Schieberl family in 1980, formally becoming Hardware Tech Inc. or locally known and referred to as HTI.
Expanding the operations to include the supply of Commercial Hollow Metal Steel Doors, Hollow Metal Frames, and Solid Core Wood Doors, this primary supplier in the Northbay area has been actively supplying commercial products to the industry for over a quarter century, on time and on budget.
Specializing in custom Hollow Metal Door Frames with Transom Windows and Sidelites, Hardware Tech Inc. has provided large metal framed walls up to 24 feet long by 12 feet in height. Arched Frames as used in underground cave entrances and garages also are a specialty, as well as the Doors and the Commercial Hardware to complete the package.
We pride ourselves in quick response to the fast paced Tenent Improvement market and are prepared to provide and deliver materials usually ahead of the set construction schedule. Standard sized Commercial Doors, Frames and Hardware, both interior and exterior can be turned over in under 10 working days.
Maintaining a Commercial Hardware inventory in excess of 100k our shop has the ability to supply and install if required, within a 5 day window from order placement most industry standard commercial hardware. We maintain a stocking warehouse of Plain Bearing, Ball Bearing, and Spring Hinges, Mortise and Cylindrical Locksets, Door Closers, Door Stops and Holders, Door protection Kickplates, and a complete line of exterior commercial door weather-stripping products.
Again expanding the operation in the late 1990's Hardware Tech Inc. increases the "one stop shop" coverage to contractors by providing and installing Division 10 Specialties, which includes metal access doors, fire protection equipment, corner guards/bumpers, ladders and roof hatches, TV mounting systems, white markerboards and tackboards, projection screens, commercial toilet accessories and toilet partitions, custom signage to emergency defibrillator stations, Hardware Tech has got you covered.
