President and principle owner of Hardware Tech Inc. Over 25 years as owner and managing commercial door and hardware projects throughout the Northbay. Responsible for developing the company's initial hardware business into a full service wood and hollow metal door and frame production facility.
John Condon
Senior Project Manager with 6 years commercial door, frame and hardware experience at Hardware Tech Inc. In the industrial/commercial construction field for over 30 years, specializing in project administration and quality assurance management. John oversees our Division 10 Specialties market, website development and internal company organization.
Mike Gibson
Project Manager/Estimator with a focus in commercial hardware. Formerly with Jackson's Hardware in San Rafael, Mike brings 13 years of commercial and residential hardware experience to Hardware Tech Inc. and over 20 years in the construction field. Mike's primary responsibility is centered around the Estimating arena and providing detailed project take-offs and timely quotations.
Lisa Boes
Project Manager/Estimator specializing in commercial doors, frames and hardware. Formerly with Redwood Empire Door of Santa Rosa, Lisa brings 10 years of experience in the door and hardware industry and has been in the construction field for over 20 years. Lisa was recently awarded the 2004 DHI (Door and Hardware Institute) Education Foundation Scholarship sponsored by the Builders Hardware Manufacturers Association.
David Guerrero
Field Service Manager with 21 years of commercial door, frame and hardware installation services and job-site trouble-shooting at Hardware Tech Inc. Installation lead-man with mobile crew specializing in on-site door, frame and hardware installation as well as, the Division 10 Specialties installation of commercial Bath Accessories, Toilet Partitions, and school/hospital related specialties.
Miguel Fogal
Wood Shop Foreman with 18 years experience at Hardware Tech Inc. Shop lead with experience in all phases of solid core wood door preparations, pre-hung door systems, and custom wood door frame construction.
Alex Ramos
Metal Shop Foreman with 3 years experience at Hardware Tech Inc. Lead Welder/Fabricator specializing in light gauge steel welding/fabrication. Experienced in custom hollow metal door and frame fabrication, commercial steel door preparation for a variety of hardware configurations.
Hugo Ramirez
Materials Manager with 3 years experience at Hardware Tech Inc. Responsible for incoming materials and job staging, also coordination of shipments and deliveries to jobsites with Project Managers. Oversees hardware inventory and raw material storage.
